I've never baked bread before. Is this for me?

Yes — this is exactly who it's for. The printed guide assumes zero experience and walks you through every step of your first loaf.

Is the starter alive?

It's dehydrated — 15 g of my own starter, dried and ready to wake up with flour and water. Once it's bubbly and active, the guide takes it from there.

Do I need anything else?

Just a Dutch oven, water, and salt. Everything else is in the box.

When will it ship?
